These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and landing pages operated by iTask Legal LLC ("iTask Legal," "we," "us," or "our") (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About our services

iTask Legal provides bilingual virtual assistant staffing and support services to personal injury law firms and other businesses, including Virtual Legal Assistants, Virtual Pre-Lit Case Managers, and Virtual Medical Assistants. The Site provides information about these services and lets you request a consultation. Any engagement for services is governed by a separate written services agreement between you and iTask Legal; these Terms govern only your use of the Site.

2. No legal advice

iTask Legal provides administrative and support staffing. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by your use of the Site or our services. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal advice. Our virtual assistants work under the direction and supervision of the client and its licensed attorneys.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent to submit information or request services through the Site.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or related systems;
• Use the Site to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or
• Use any automated means to scrape or collect data from the Site without our consent.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the iTask Legal name and marks, are owned by or licensed to iTask Legal and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission.

6. Submissions and communications

By submitting your contact information or requesting a consultation, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or text regarding your request and our services, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out at any time.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on the Site is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iTask Legal and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
